Rabih Dabboussi is the Senior Vice President Sales, Marketing and Business Development at DarkMatter. With over 20 years of industry experience across private and public sectors, Rabih is responsible for driving the company’s expansion strategy forward, as he oversees DarkMatter’s business development, sales, and go-to-market strategy across key industries. Rabih will also lead the marketing functions at DarkMatter, ensuring the company’s business objectives are well positioned and aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
Prior to joining DarkMatter, Rabih was the Managing Director of Cisco UAE. Having arrived in the UAE in 2008, Rabih has led a number of the company’s businesses across private and public sector organisations and worked closely with Cisco’s partner ecosystem in the region. Rabih also helped drive Cisco’s Smart City strategy in the UAE and the wider Middle East region. Prior to that, Rabih led the engineering organisation for Cisco in emerging markets as well as the company’s Strategic Accounts business, as well as heading up the service provider segment. Rabih has spent all of his 20 year working career with Cisco, and prior to moving to the UAE he built and led a consultancy team that facilitated the growth of Cisco’s mobile business worldwide, introducing a number of new products and technologies as the mobile world embraced IP and the internet. He brings along a diverse portfolio of experiences from R&D, product management, worldwide consultancy, and overall business leadership. Rabih earned many company and industry accolades for his innovations in technology and business leadership. He has multiple patents in different areas of Mobility. Rabih earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University in the United States.
