Crisis Response Journal

Media Partner
For more than a decade Crisis Response Journal has been sharing critical information about all aspects of human-induced or natural events, spanning response, disaster risk reduction, resilience, business continuity and security. With more than 300,000 readers from various fields having access to the publication digitally or in hard copy we bring together agencies, disciplines and nations – as well as the private and public sectors – to increase understanding of their different roles and perspectives, thereby improving a unified response to large-scale crises, or helping to avert them in the first place through effective disaster risk reduction. We cover a range of issues, from CBRN and cybercrime to conventional terrorism, from pandemic protection and preparedness to flooding and humanitarian response, from fires and chemical incidents, to large scale natural events such as earthquakes, from environmental degradation to climate issues, from critical infrastructure protection to business and national continuity, security, resilience and sustainability. We examine the vital issues of personnel protection, dealing with austerity and inclement financial environments and highlight trends and future threats. Our team has worked closely with many in the counter-IED and de-mining sector, including with the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on countering explosive threats at the UK’s House of Lords. We are always keen to help share knowledge and experience in order to help confront the long-lasting threat of explosive violence, particularly in the context of returning stability and security to areas that have been affected by conflict. CRJ is the professional global platform to exchange news, experience, and in-depth analysis of major incidents, as well as publishing cutting-edge thought leadership pieces and commentaries. Our website is the central hub of all information for everyone involved in emergency protection, prevention, preparedness, or response, resilience and recovery. CRJ is published quarterly in hard copy format and is available online. Contact us to find out how to subscribe or work with us as a Key Network Partner: Please see or email
