Exhibitors FAQs

Exhibitors can carry essential items related to their booth setup and promotional materials, in their hand-carry bags. We advice you to obtain the End User Certificate (EUC) and Exhibitor Participation letter via the exhibitor portal.

Exhibitors may receive car park passes based on stand size and company. Email isnr.operations@adnec.ae to inquire about pass allocation. Further details on parking arrangements will be provided closer to the exhibition.

Please send an email to isnr.operations@adnec.ae to request for overnight build permission.

Safety vests and other stationery items are available for purchase at the convenience store(Baqala) located at the end of the atrium, next to the Pharmacy.

The EUC and Participation letters are necessary documents for shipping exhibits to ISNR. Submit them for approval through the exhibitor portal. Reach out to our operations team at isnr.operations@adnc.ae for the exhibitor portal access.

Exhibitors are accountable for safeguarding their exhibits and personal belongings, particularly at the end of each day or after the exhibition concludes. To enhance security, you can purchase static security for your stand by submitting the Static Security form accessible on the exhibitor portal.

Noatum Logistics are the exclusive service providers for all onsite logistical needs at ISNR, including handling large or heavy items for safety. The use of personal equipment is prohibited, while small trolleys with soft tires are permitted. For further details on which equipments you can bring onsite, please contact FE.MICCO@adports.ae.

VIP pass allocation for exhibitors is based on stand size and company. VIP allocation is provided on your badge registration portal. For inquiries about VIP passes, please contact isnr.registration@adnec.ae.

Throughout the build-up and breakdown periods, it is compulsory to wear both badges and wristbands.

Registering for the correct badge type initially is crucial because converting badge types is not permitted for security reasons.

You can conveniently schedule meetings with the delegation at the delegation lounge.

Contractor badge holders have access during build-up and breakdown, while maintenance contractor badge holders can access only during show days.
Please note, ADNEC operates a paid wristband system for access as follow:-
Maintenance Contractors: AED 255 per day per person
Contractors: AED 25 per day per person
