Brigadier Saeed S. Al Hanki is the head of the Finance & Services General Directorate at the Ministry of Interior in the UAE. He earned a Master’s degree in Total Quality Management and a higher diploma in Police Sciences. He has a long track history in the field of research. He has published many papers and books in total quality management. He is also an accredited lecturer at many colleges and police academies. He was awarded Harrington’s Best Thesis- Project Award, 2009.
Lt. Colonel Mohamed Salem Al zaabi / Vice Chairman of the Organizing Scientific Committee of ISNR
Lt . colonel - Mohamed Salem Al zaabi , who obtained his Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice , USA . currently he holds the position of the head of strategic planning at the General Directorate of the Guarding & Special Tasks , Abu Dhabi police ( G.H.Q ). On his way to obtain his master degree in the criminal justice, police College / Abu Dhabi.
Lt. Colonel Dr. Jassem Mohamed Antali / Member of the Organizing Scientific Committee of ISNR Abu Dhabi 2012
Lt. Colonel Dr. Jassem is a Faculty Member of Abu Dhabi Police College. He is also a coordinator of the team strategy and excellence. He earned a Ph.D. in Criminal Law from the University of Sorbonne – France. He was awarded Sheikh Khalifa Award for Excellence. He has published many papers and books.
Major Dr. Nasser Mohammed Al Baker/ Member of the Organizing Scientific Committee of ISNR
Major Dr. Nasser M. Al Baker is the director of Graduate Studies at Abu Dhabi Police College. He earned a PhD degree in Police Sciences. He has a good record of research and publications. He is a member of the standing scientific committee for seminars and conferences. He is also a member of the committee of selection and acceptance of experts and lecturers at the Ministry of the Interior in the UAE. He is also a vice-chairman of the commission on excellence at Abu Dhabi Police College
First Lieutenant / Juma Obaid Juma Mubarak AL Naseri / Member & Lead organizer of the Organizing Scientific Committee of ISNR
Juma is an officer at the department of strategy and performance development at the General Directorate of Finance and Support. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Police Science and Criminal Justice from Abu Dhabi Police College 2008. He earned a first class medal of appreciations in the year of 2010
First warrant officer/ Mouza Abdulla Al Mehairbi
Mouza A Mehairbi is a secretary at the Police Judicial Council. She joined many training programs in many police- related areas. She participated in many committees and conferences. She was awarded Sheikh Khalifa Award for Excellence in the year 2010.
Mutie’ F. Abdul Hafez/ Member and Coordinator General of the Organizing Scientific Committee of ISNR
Mutie’ F. Abdul Hafez is a senior lecturer and syllabus designer at the Ministry of Interior. He earned a masters degree in linguistics. He taught at many universities in the Arab world. His research interests include cross-cultural linguistics, human resource management, and police- related studies.
Critical National Infrastructure Authority – CNIA:
Suwaidan K. S. Al Nuaimi / Member of the Organizing Scientific Committee of ISNR
Mr. Suwaidan K. S. Al Nuaimi is the Head of Protocol and Events at the CNIA. He earned a bachelor degree in Finance and a Master in Business Administration from Abu Dhabi University. He also served as a head of the environmental coordination department which is held responsible for organizing meetings and signing memoranda of understanding with the internal and external entities. He also helped in organizing many events and exhibitions
Ahmad Jassem S. Al Za'abi, Member of the Organizing Scientific Committee of ISNR
Mr. Ahmad Jassem S. Al Za'abi works as Events Coordinator at CNIA. He earned a Diploma in Business Administration and Information Systems from College of Higher Technology (HTC). He is responsible for coordinating with internal and external organizations in areas related to celebrations and exhibitions
Telecommunication Regulation Authority - TRA :
Eng. Tariq Al Hawi, Member of the Organizing Scientific Committee of ISNR
Tariq Al Hawi is the Director of UAE Computer Emergency response Team at the Telecommunication regulatory Authority. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of all CERT related activities such as operations, research and analysis, security quality services and information security education and awareness. One of his strategic goals was to build a team of national expertise in the field of information security by designing a complete training development program for all staff in different domains of information security. Another major goal was to enhance the awareness in the field of information security across the UAE.
Eng. Meshal Abdulla Binhussain, Member of the Organizing Scientific Committee of ISNR
Eng Meshal Abdulla Binhussain is currently holding the position of the Head of Operations at the UAE National Computer Emergency Response Team (aeCERT), with over a decade of hands-on experience in Information and Cyber Security. He is leading the cyber-security incident handling efforts across the UAE government as well as the critical national infrastructures. His wide expertise in the information Security field has enabled him to continuously progress and contribute tremendously in this subject of matter. His current responsibilities cover managing the cyber-security incident response, the operations and maintenance of the aeCERT IT Infrastructure and applications, in addition to being the aeCERT Digital Forensics Laboratory Director. He is a renowned speaker and participates in local and international events and conferences.
