Brigadier Saeed S. Al Hanki is the head of the Police Judicial Council at the Ministry of Interior in the UAE. He earned a Master’s degree in Total Quality Management and a higher diploma in Police Sciences. He has a long track history in the field of research. He has published many papers and books in total quality management. He is also an accredited lecturer at many colleges and police academies. He was awarded Harrington’s Best Thesis- Project Award, 2009.
Lt. Colonel Abdullah Bin Nassar/ Vice Chairman of the Organizing Scientific Committee of ISNR
Lt. Colonel Abdullah Bin Nassar is the director of Sharjah Police Research Center. He earned a Master’s degree in business administration. He is a lecturer and coach in overall excellence and total quality management. He has published many papers in accredited journals.
Major Dr. Nasser Mohammed Al Baker/ Member of the Organizing Scientific Committee of ISNR
Major Dr. Nasser M. Al Baker is the head of the Department of Scientific Coordination at the Officers’ Training Institute/ Abu Dhabi Police College. He earned a PhD degree in Police Sciences. He has a good record of research and publications. He is a member of the standing scientific committee for seminars and conferences. He is also a member of the committee of selection and acceptance of experts and lecturers at the Ministry of the Interior in the UAE. He is also a vice-chairman of the commission on excellence at Abu Dhabi Police College.
Captain Dr. Refa’t Rashwan/ Member of the Organizing Scientific Committee of ISNR
Dr. Refa’t Rashwan is a professor of criminal law at the Faculty of Law, University of Beni Suef and at Abu Dhabi Police College. He is a member of the Supreme Committee of the Conventions and International Cooperation at the Ministry of Interior in the UAE. He is also a member of the Scientific Council of Abu Dhabi Police College. He has many publications in the field of criminal jurisprudence.
Lt. Mohammed Amer Al Ashkhari/ Member of the Organizing Scientific Committee of ISNR
Lt. Mohammed A. Al Ashkhari works as an office administrator of the Head of the Police Judicial Council. He has a BA in Police Science and a diploma in criminal justice.
Dr. Mohammad Al Amin Al Bushra/ Member of the Organizing Scientific Committee of ISNR
Dr. Mohammad Al Amin Al Bushra is a legal scholar and consultant. He has earned a PhD degree in administration of criminal justice system and crime prevention. He also worked as a professor of Law and a dean of the faculty of studies and research at Naif Arab University. He also participated in the U.N. Governmental working group to develop a new program for crime prevention and criminal justice, 1990. He also has many publications in criminal justice and crime prevention.
Mahmoud Mohamed Abdel Kader/ Member of the Organizing Scientific Committee of ISNR
Mahmoud Mohamed Abdel Kader is the director of Traffic research & Studies Branch / Center of research & security studies/ Abu Dhabi Police G.H.Q. He earned Bachelor's degree in Law, and a Bachelor's degree in police sciences, Egypt Police College 1974. He is also a holder of various diplomas in Traffic Administration, Traffic Safety Diploma, and Traffic Accident reconstruction.
Mutie’ F. Abdul Hafez/ Member and Lead organizer of the Organizing Scientific Committee of ISNR
Mutie’ F. Abdul Hafez is a senior lecturer and syllabus designer at the Ministry of Interior. He earned a MA in linguistics. He taught at many universities in the Arab world. His research interests include cross-cultural linguistics, human resource management, and police- related studies.
